, 18, Lexington, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent, public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
Luther Wayne White, 52, 731 Sand Road Circle, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.

, 18, Finger, was arrested and charged with simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

, 22, 650 Garland Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections, aggravated burglary, theft up to $1,000 and vandalism up to $1,000. He is held in the Chester County Jail with a $10,000 bond and no bond.
Hank Dillon Hopper, 21, Jacks Creek, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. His probation was revoked and reinstated and he was released from the Chester County Jail.
Tanner Thomas White, 24, 731 Sand Road Circle, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

, 20, Denmark, was arrested and charged. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Kelvin ONeal Robinson, 48, Selmer, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
Charles Wayne Vinson, 41, 75 Maple Lane, was arrested and charged with third offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

, 49, Jackson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,550 cash only bond.
Billy Ray Gibson, 32, Finger, was arrested and charged with seventh offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond.
Benjamin Scott Kilzer, 30, 1365 Parker Loop, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

, 23, Jackson, was arrested and charged with two counts failure to appear. He is held in the Chester County Jail with no bond.
Donald R. Hooper, 71, Toone, was arrested and charged with stalking. He was released from the
Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
April Roberson, 39, Jackson, was arrested and charged with simple possession with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. She was released from the Chester County Jail to a rehabilitation center.
A Chester County resident reported a suspected scam call. According to the report, the victim received a call from a 210 area code. The caller identified himself as “Rickey Wilson” with the social security administration. He then reportedly demanded personal information, including checking and credit information.

, 48, 820 Lofton Road, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,000 bond.
James T. Huggins, 51, Lexington, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $500 cash bond.

A theft was reported at a property on Emerson Road. According to the report, it appeared a door had been pried open and items were missing from inside, including a Kobalt tool kit valued at $150 and a Rigid 18V cordless impact driver with extra battery and charger, valued at $250.

, 42, 145 Leo Weaver Road, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and two counts shoplifting. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $3,000 bond.
Hope Nichelle Rogers, 37, 8800 St. Rt. 100E, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor, contempt of court, theft $2,500 to $10,000, two counts of theft under $1,000 and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

, 57, 890 Silerton Road, pled guilty to twelve counts of class E Felony Forgery. For each count, she was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to serve prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,432.11 in restitution. She is to follow all rules of probation, submit to random drug and alcohol screens, maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. Counts 3-12 are concurrent with each other, counts one and two, and with a separate specified Chester County General Sessions case. Count two is consecutive to count one for an effective four year sentence.
