, 49, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary other than habitation, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $125 toward transportation by the Chester County Sheriff’s Department and $4,627.44 in restitution. He is to follow all rules of probation and have no contact with victims or witnesses. He must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.

He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor assault with threat of bodily injury, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. Turner pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor evading arrest, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75 percent service, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. All counts are concurrent.

He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. He must follow all rules of probation, must have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. If the defendant chooses to attend a rehabilitation program, then successful completion of rehabilitation program is required. All counts are concurrent.
