Catherine Elizabeth Chance, 24, 3970 Garland Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia, resist stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search and possession of a legend drug without a prescription. She is serving time in the Chester County Jail.
Curtis Lee Morris, 45, Beech Bluff, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resist stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search. He was released from the Chester County Jail with time served.
David Brian Rayburn, 46, Pinson, was arrested and charged with possession of a legend drug without a prescription, theft of services from $1,000 to $10,000, vandalism under $1,000 and contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
Caitlyn Elizabeth Sweazey, 24, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
