He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $25,000 bond.

, 62, pled guilty to class C felony aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 15 years in a TDOC facility at 60 percent prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He is to have no contact of any kind with victims or witnesses.

Wesley E. Juneau
, 50, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $250 in fines and $300 in restitution. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses and must submit to random drug and alcohol screens. This sentence is to be served concurrent with a specified Chester County case and consecutive to a separate specified Chester County case.

She is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.
Joseph Capooth, 45, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and was sentenced to 10 years on a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspened and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Capooth pled guilty to counts four/five/six/seven/eight (merged), class A misdemeanor second offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of 48 hours incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. All counts are concurrent.
