, 29, Henderson, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, third offense simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful carry/possession of a weapon and solicitation to file a false report. His bond was incorrectly reported last week, it should have read that he is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $500,000 bond.

Michael Chandler, 28, Adamsville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County jail without bond.
Marlyn Edwards, 39, Finger, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and giving a false report. She is held in the Chester County Jail with no bond for the first charge and $5,000 bond set for the other.
Jennifer White, 37, Henderson, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/sell over 10 pounds of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Tobias Davis, 45, Jackson, was arrested and is held in the Chester County Jail. He was charged with violation of Community Corrections – Felony and is held in lieu of a $2,500 bond. He was charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license with priors and is held in lieu of a $1,000 bond. Lastly, he was charged with violation of probation – circuit court – and is held without bond.
Charles Hopper, 51, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

, 28, pled guilty to count one, class D felony evading arrest by vehicle, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony reckless endangerment, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, to serve at 35% prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor violation of vehicles/street cars required to stop at all stop signs, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Maness pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and was ordered to pay $750 in fines. He is ordered to pay all court costs and to have no contact with victims if released. All counts are concurrent. Counts two and four are to be served consecutively to specified cases in McNairy and Hardin counties.
Steven Peter Sparks, 25, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent with a specified Hardeman County case, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He was ordered to pay court costs.
Joseph Creed Dimarco, 20, pled guilty to count one, class E felony evading arrest by vehicle, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor, reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Dimarco pled guilty to count three, class E felony reckless endangerment, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served, a minimum of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor under 21 possession of alcohol, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay all court costs, must follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, and driving privileges are revoked for six months. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a separate specified Chester County case.

, 33, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class D felony fifth offense driving under the influence, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility with credit for time served pretrial, a mandatory minimum sentence length of 150 days, the 150 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $3,000 in fines. He must enter and successfully complete recovery court, no work release, no post plea expungement, DNA testing required, must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow any recommendations, must complete DUI school and MADD Impact Panel within six months, driving privileges are revoked for a period of eight years with ignition interlock required for a restricted license during the restriction period. He pled guilty to count three, class E felony evading arrest, flight by vehicle, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 150 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs. He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 150 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. Haggard pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 150 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a period of 150 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs. All counts are concurrent.
Marquette D. Lucas, 43, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class A misdemeanor first offense driving under the influence and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 5 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $350 in fines. Lucas is to serve five days (day for day) with the balance of sentence on probation supervised by Community Corrections with no work release, no post plea expungement, must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow any recommendations, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, must complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months, driving privileges revoked for a period of one year (ignition interlock required for restricted license during revocation period).
