, 28, Humboldt, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, child abuse/neglect and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility act. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.


Spencer Sterling, 19, Medan, was arrested and charged with simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage possession of alcohol and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.

, 54, Scotts Hill, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, four or more DUI, and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.


Kyshondra Shayne Gooden, 26, 690 Sweetlips Road, was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment and child abuse/neglect/endangerment. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.


Kourtney Lamont Sims, 27, Jackson, was arrested and charged with violation of community corrections and contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,050 cash only bond.

Christopher Massengill, 36, Jackson, was arrested and charged with violation of community corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $950 cash only bond.
Aaron B. Ross, 29, 607 Mifflin Ave., was arrested and charged with theft under $1,000. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Tyler Colby Stablein, 22, 462 Mifflin Ave., was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and violation of community corrections – misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.

Benjamin Scott Kilzer, 30, 1365 Parker Loop Road, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and reinstated, sentence of 11 months and 29 days to begin anew, and may be served in a long-term inpatient rehabilitation program, and muss complete all requirements.


Myron Fulton, 34, 626 Luray Ave., was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he is ordered to serve the original sentence imposed.
