After dealing with the “Snowpocalypse of 2021” that hit the South hard, Chester Countians can finally get back to their normal routines after being snowed in for over a week. Pictured is eight-year-old Harper Jackson of Finger with her dog. She is the daughter of Shelby Locke and Brandon Jackson.
