The 84th Annual Bible Lectureship at Freed-Hardeman University was this week and will end tonight, Feb. 6.
People come from all over the nation to experience these lectures, make connections, learn more about the Bible and more.
Though this event is coming to a close, the opportunity to learn more about leadership and service continues with the fifth annual workshop on church leadership this Friday and Saturday, Feb. 7-8, 2020.
The weekend will focus on a wide variety of practical areas related to leadership in the church. Keynote sessions will highlight the various ways church leaders can enhance leadership development and service in the local congregation.
The workshop begins Friday morning with sessions beginning at 9 a.m. and concluding Saturday at 3 p.m. Advance registration is preferred but not required.
Speakers will include FHU president David Shannon, Heritage Christian University president Kirk Brothers, FHU Bible teacher Kevin Moore and Aubrey Johnson, minister of the Old Hickory Church of Christ and author of “The Barnabas Factor.”
