As of Monday evening, a total of 2,307 positive COVID-19 cases have been reported in Chester County since the beginning of the pandemic in early 2020. Of that number, 76 cases are currently active and 51 have died. The county also reports 29.39% or 9,534 local residents have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination, with 26.35% having received both doses or series completion.
Tennessee reports a total of 900,418 cases statewide with 864,529 recorded as inactive or recovered and 12,758 deaths related to the coronavirus. Tennessee Department of Health shows 39.3% of Tennesseans have been fully vaccinated.
