Jaycee Campbell, a Chester County student, has received the 2020 Elam Legacy Scholarship to attend UT Martin. The Elam Legacy Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen whose parents or grandparents attended UT Martin.
Campbell is a management major from Milledgeville and graduated from Adamsville High School.
