CCHS holds mock election

On Wednesday, September 30, Chester County High School in partnership with the Chester County Election Office, held a mock presidential election in the school’s gym. Kathy Vest, Chester County Administrator of Elections, explained how the students benefit from mock elections by preparing them students for the election process and how to work the polling technology. The popular vote among all grades levels at the high school was Donald Trump/Mike Pence with a total of 299 votes. Kanye West/Michelle Tidball had the second most votes with 120 votes total. Last was Joe Biden/Kamala Harris with 84 votes. Pictured is CCHs Junior Jacob Himmelsbaugh as he takes his vote.
