CCJHS Girls Soccer wipes out Lexington following Dyersburg loss

On Saturday, August 26, the Chester County Junior High Girls Soccer team held out against the tough opponent of Dyersburg for a long time, but until there was 10:40 left in the second half. Then the Trojans managed to score again about a minute later and won 2-0.
The Lady eagles came back strong though on Monday and defeated Lexington 8-0. The team was led with three goals by Miley Cupples, two goals by Joyceln Spivey, and one goal each by Shelbie Cross, Mya Arellano, Emma Stinson, and Addison Pratt.
The defense of Kendall Cherry, Addie Cross, Haleigh Hammons, Emma Easley and Evie Warren shut out Lexington’s offense.
Chester County is now 1-0 in conference play.
