Jerry Hart
Jerry Alton Hart, 57, appeared in Chester County General Sessions Court Tuesday morning on multiple charges, including drug paraphernalia, theft, weapon possession and robbery. An attorney was appointed and the case was continued to February 25. He is held in the Chester County Jail on $250,000 bond.
Fletcher Howard
Kelvin Kelvin Howard, 67, appeared in Chester County General Sessions Court Tuesday morning for a preliminary hearing regarding a Sept. 13, 2019 rape charge. The case was bound over to the Grand Jury. Howard continues to be held in the Chester County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
Leann Peace
Leann Peace, 54, formerly of Chester County, faces charges in Hardin County including first degree murder, aggravated elder abuse and abuse of a corpse, stemming from the Oct. 18, 2019 search of her home on Pleasant St. in Savannah. The Savannah Police Department reportedly conducted the search, which resulted in the discovery of human remains.
Peace, who continues to be incarcerated in lieu of a one million dollar bond, is represented by the Public Defender’s office. She is scheduled to appear in Hardin Co. General Sessions Court on Feb. 18.
