Chester County Covid Update: Five new COVID-related deaths

Active COVID-19 cases in Chester County continue to decline, as the number of deaths related to the coronavirus increased by five in the past week.
Between Jan. 25 and Feb. 2, active cases declined from 105 to 90, and the COVID deaths rose from 39 to 44.
The number of Chester County residents that have been hospitalized is 32.
The total active case number among school-aged children sits at 17.
There have been 1,860 positive COVID-19 cases in Chester County since the beginning of the pandemic.
