Daisy McManus hits a deep three-pointer at the sound of the buzzer to make the Eaglettes score versus Scotts Hill closer. The Eaglettes lost 36-34.

The Eaglettes versus Lady Lions game remained close with the score margin probably never being larger than five points throughout the game. Going into halftime, the Eaglettes were down 22-17.
They hung in there and kept fighting in the second half.
At the end of the third, Chester County was only down by three, 27-24.
Within the last minute, in an effort to try to win, the Eaglettes had to foul to regain possession of the ball while they were down 34-31. Unfortunately, Scotts Hill scored three of the four free throws giving them a 36-31 lead with 5.6 seconds left in the game. With that time remaining, there was little hope for a win, but Eaglette Daisy McManus made sure she ended the game on a good note for her team as she hit a deep three-point buzzer shot decreasing the score margin from 5 to 2. The final score was 36-34.
