Chester County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Chester County Grand Jury met Monday, Jan. 30, 2023. The following defendants are scheduled to appear for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023:
Michael Anthony Carroll, 49, Jackson, is charged with driving while license suspended, driving while license suspended – second or subsequent, driving while license revoked, violation of registration – improper use and violation of the financial responsibility law.
Michael Anthony Carroll, 49, Jackson, in a second case, is charged with driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent, driving while license revoked due to conviction of DUI and speeding.
Cody Wade Clayton, 45, Bethel Springs, is charged with possession of a handgun by convicted felon.
Dillan Waide Davis, 23, Henderson, is charged with exploitation of a minor by electronic means.
Dillan Waide Davis, 23, Henderson, in a second case, is charged with aggravated sexual battery.
Jeremiah F. Davis, 38, Henderson, is charged with sexual battery by an authority figure, solicitation of a minor – sexual activity involving minor, aggravated assault, domestic assault and false imprisonment.
Adam Benton Farris, 29, Henderson, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent – drug free zone and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Christopher Michael Julian, 49, Pinson, is charged with worthless checks from $1,000 to $2,500.

Christopher Michael Julian, 49, Pinson, in a third case, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000.
Anthony AKA Memphis Addison Barham, 45, Henderson, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, schedule II drugs: drug free zone, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II drugs, casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, prohibited weapons – knuckles, other, driving while license suspended, driving while license suspended – second or subsequent and failure to yield right of way.
Chasity Monique Massengill, 42, Henderson, is charged with identity theft.
Michael Dewayne Matthews, 47, Henderson, is charged with vehicular assault, driving under the influence: first offense, driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent, casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, introducing contraband in penal facility and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Terry Wayne Maybury, 45, Finger, is charged with domestic assault.
Michael Andrew Murley, 53, Henderson, is charged with domestic assault.
Antraven Jajuan Rivers, 21, Henderson, is charged with evading arrest flight – vehicle, driving without a license, obedience to any required traffic control device and speeding.
Noah Cameron Vinyard, Lexington, is charged with evading arrest flight – vehicle and use of off-road vehicle on highway.
Dylan Wayne White, 29, Jacks Creek, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and light law – motor vehicle.
Aurelius Segram Crayton AKA Watkins, 40, Henderson, is charged with felony escape.

Valeria Jean Emrick, 33, Henderson, is charged with child abuse/neglect/endangerment.
Jason Matthew McPhail, 39, Savannah, is charged with failure to thumb print seller of scrap metal.
Chelsea Nicole Pruitt, 29, Bells, is charged with failure to thumb print seller of scrap metal.
Bethany Jean Seagraves AKA Blackstock, 27, Henderson, is charged with casual exchange.
Shanna Marie Yodushock, 43, Henderson, is charged with fraudulent use of credit/debit card from $1,000 to $2,500 and theft of property from $1,000 to $2,500.
Shanna Marie Yodushock, 43, Henderson, in a second case, is charged with fraudulent use of credit/debit card up to $1,000 and theft up to $1,000.
