Chester County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Chester County Grand Jury met June 11 and indicted the following:
Joshua Ray Maness, 28, Finger, is charged with evading arrest involving a vehicle with the risk of death or injury, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, failure to stop at all stop signs and possession/casual exchange of methamphetamine.
Shelby Lynne Miller, 23, Henderson, in three cases is charged with one count per each case of manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule IV drugs.
Brandon Matthew Rouse, 33, Henderson, in three cases is charged with one count per each case manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine with intent.
Joseph Creed Dimarco, 20, Reagan, is charged with evading arrest involving a vehicle, with risk of death or injury, reckless driving, reckless endangerment involving a vehicle and possession and transporting beer by a person under 21.
Brandon Dean Horn, 36, Reagan, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine with intent.
Freddie Pusser, 58, Enville, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, evading arrest with risk of death or injury (vehicle involved), driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, reckless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic, violation of the motorcycle helmet law, speeding, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility act.
Ryan Allan Shorter, 38, Bethel Springs, is charged with attempted aggravated burglary, burglary other than habitation and theft of property $1,000 to $2,500.
Mitchell Shane Clayton, 51, Bethel Springs, is charged with possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and theft up to $1,000.
Marquette D. Lucas, 43, Memphis, is charged with first offense driving under the influence.
Bertha Jean Petty McBroom, 50, Henderson, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule V drugs, unlawful possession without a prescription, failure of driver to exercise due care and speeding.
Frankey Randal McNeal, 52, Henderson, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility act.
Frankey Randal McNeal, in a second case, is charged with evading arrest with risk of death or injury, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, failure of vehicle/streetcar to stop at all stop signs, reckless endangerment, improper passing, speeding and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
LeeAnn Paige Middleton, 21, Henderson, is charged with statutory rape.
Amanda Kaye Parrott, 30, Adamsville, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, evading arrest with risk of death or injury and violation of the vehicle registration law.
Kimberley Sue Russell, 27, Henderson, is charged with aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment, child eight years and under.
