At the 96th Tennessee Annual Roundup and All Star Conference in Knoxville at the University of Tennessee, Ashley Himmelsbaugh of Chester County High School was recognized for her many hours of community service. Additionally, was honored with the Vol State Award, the highest level of achievement one can earn in 4-H.
“We are so proud of her and all she has accomplished,” the UT Extension of Chester County said.
