The Chester County Senior Center has found a new director, Audra Thomas. Thomas, 32 years old, resides in Jacks Creek and has been living in the Chester County area for about 10 years.
She previously worked at Henderson Health and Rehab as an activity director for three to four years. “I miss my residents. I loved working with them, helping them and bringing laughs.”
“I want people to want to come and have fun and give them a good shine on their day,” she expressed. “I want them to be here having fun. I want to continue growing the amount of people that come and spend time here.
I am sure I can take a lot from them as well, because I learned a lot at the nursing home (Henderson Health and Rehab). I know these people are awesome already. I can already tell by the amount of visitors that have dropped by.”
