Chester County to have special called meeting for ARPA funds

The Chester County Commission will have a special called meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22 concerning the ARPA/ COVID-19 funds.
During the meeting, Chester County Mayor Barry Hutcherson will announce the results from the ARPA survey that was released and taken by county residents.
Next, the commission will allow the following individuals to speak on how they would like to see the funds used.
• Chester County Sheriff, Blair Weaver
• Aeneas Vice President of Technical Operations, Billy Gordon
• Regional Director for Tennessee Department of Health, Emily Rushing
• Executive Director of Elections, Kathy Vest
• Tender Loving Care Owner and Operator, Sylvia Flowers
• Dixie Youth Representative
