China buys more U.S. pork

After Beijing said Chinese companies suspended purchase of American ag products, the latest export report is showing Chinses purchases of U.S. pork at its highest levels in seven weeks, Reuters said. The possibility is out there the purchases happened in the window shortly before the announcement, but it was considered a positive by Steve Meyer, an economist quoted in the article.

Cattle bounced back today, avoiding another day of losses. Beef export sales were slightly higher than the previous four-week average.
