City board meets tonight

The City of Henderson Mayor and Board of Alderman are scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 9, in the Henderson City Hall Council Chamber.
In addition to delegations and other business, the board will discuss a maintenance issue with the Fire Department Ladder Truck and will consider purchase of a new pipe locator for the utility department at an approximate cost of $4,300.
The board will also discuss the city employee Christmas lunch, which is scheduled for 11:30 to 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, with the City Hall and utility offices to remain closed during this time.
