County to meet Monday, Nov. 6

The Chester County Commission is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, at the Chester County Courthouse.
The commission will address a request to move the beer purchasing church/school boundary from 2,000 feet to 500 feet, discussion of which was tabled at the previous meeting.
Additionally, the commission is set to receive quarterly reports and hear public comment on agenda only items and a tabled item. They will discuss approving adoption of county meeting procedure policy and public comment policy.
Other items on the agenda include approval of a State of Tennessee contract on the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Facility, approval of a request by the Chester County Health Department’s concerning qualifications for the renovations of the Health Department and approval of additional committees/boards for Chester County (Fairgrounds Committee/Public Advisory Board).
