Covid-19 Update in Chester County

COVID-19 active cases are decreasing which is good news for the county. In the matter of the week, the active case count dropped from 71 to 39.
There have been another COVID related death though which brings the COVID death toll of Chester County to 45. There have been 1,991 COVID-19 cases in Chester County during the pandemic in total. Active school-age Coronavirus cases have dropped too with the total number of active cases being 7 as of Tuesday, Feb. 16. There have been 287 school-age cases during the pandemic.
As of Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2,691 people have been vaccinated for COVID-19. With a total of 10.67 percent of the county being vaccinated, 5.82 percent of the county has received only one dose while 4.85 percent of the county has received two doses.
