Hello from Enville! I hope everyone is having a great week! I am sure all the fall breakers are having a good time out of school. Many are traveling, and some are just hanging out at home. Whatever you are doing, I hope you are enjoying it.
Maggie’s in Enville is open, and everyone is glad to see them here! They will sponsor a Trunk or Treat at the restaurant from 3-6 p.m. Oct. 28. The public is invited to come open your trunks for all the trick or treaters. They will have barbecue, baked beans and slaw that you can purchase by the sandwich, plate or pound. There will also be chili, hotdogs and chips, and they will be open for you to get your food and go inside to eat. Everyone, please bring your kiddos to fill up their pumpkins with candy.
The Enville Volunteer Fire Department will have a fish fry fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 14, beginning at 4 p.m. at the community center. They will serve fish and all the trimmings; also, they will have chicken strips available. There will be a cakewalk to follow, and cake donations are welcome. Come out and support your fire department in all they do to keep us safe!
Happy birthday wishes go to Wayne Poupard and Ricky Holder on Oct. 14, Judy Pugh on Oct. 15, Robert Smith and Debbie Bishop on Oct. 16 and Sherry Webb and Madison O’Neal on Oct. 17.  Happy anniversary to our daughter and son-in-law, Kelley and April Collins on Oct. 14. We hope you all enjoy your special day!
