Hello from Enville!
I hope everyone is having a great week! The temperatures are still kind of pleasant. It was down in the 50s a couple of nights, which made our back patio morning coffee so nice. I am hoping for a lot more of them. We still have an abundance of our hummers, not sure when they begin to migrate south, but for now, they are at home!
I hope everyone had a great and safe Labor Day weekend holiday. Maybe you got to spend it with family and friends. Fall is just around the corner, Sept. 22. Maybe we will have a nice, long fall.
Please pray for the families Judy Rogers, Anita Fish and Bobby Ruth, and continue prayers for Deb Finley, Lisa Bishop, Agnes Smith, Mary Lee Guyon, Janice and Danny Keen, Jack and Tera O’Neal, Harold and Janice Maness, Nicole Thompson, Amanda Johnson, Ashley Pugh, Ann Pugh, Emily Freeman, Larry Lambert, Jimmy Robertson, Pat Cates, Linda and Robert Johnson, Rick Ooley, Tim and Tabitha Hampton, Shirley Hampton, Della Mixon, Tim Harris, Florence Stublaski, all those who have lost loved ones, our firefighters, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare workers, military, schools and school board and, as always, each other.
Enville wishes a Happy Birthday to Jasper Weeks on Sept. 10 and our daughter April Collins and Sherry Smith Kendall on Sept. 15. We wish you all enjoy your special day!
All our Chester County elected officials have been sworn in and ready to begin their new roles or continue in their present ones. Congratulations to all.
If you have news to share or someone to add to the prayer list, please call me at 608-3058, or if you want to rent the community center, call Pat at 688-5125.
Everyone have a blessed week!
