The Chester County Fire Department responded to reports of a “fully involved” mobile home fire at 130 Madge Rd., around 11:30 Monday night. Upon arriving on scene, it was determined that no residents were inside the structure. According to the report, the home, owned by Mark Doucett, was a total loss.
