Chester County’s first case of Coronavirus 19 was confirmed yesterday.

According to Dr. Jim King, Medical Director for Outpatient Clinics at West Tennessee Healthcare said, “If you feel you have been in contact with this individual in the last two weeks you need to self-quarantine for two weeks.”

“If you have fever, cough or shortness of breath call your physician Monday.”

King said that Selmer Prime Care is open today (Saturday) and can test appropriate people if needed. “You should call the clinic before coming in at 731-645-7932. A physician will be available to talk to and answer questions.”
