Former Sonic proprieter Montez Rozzell Grant dies

Montez Rozzell Grant, 94, of Henderson passed away Jan. 31, 2021 at her home. Graveside services will be Thursday in Kentucky.
She was born May 18, 1926 in Clinton, Ky., the daughter of the late Claude Walton and Eula B. Nichols Rozzell. She married James Thomas Grant, III in 1945.
They moved to Henderson in 1988 where their family owned and operated The Sonic Drive-In until Mr. Grant retired in 2002.
