Grand Jury meets in Chester County

The Chester County Grand Jury met recently for indictments, with defendants scheduled to appear at the Chester County Justice Center at 8:31 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, with Judge Joseph Howell presiding. The following defendants were to appear for the following charges:
Kennzie Montay Huddleston, 23, Henderson, is charged with stalking.
Kennzie Montay Huddleston, in a second case, is charged with domestic assault.
Dakota Chance Redmon, 29, Enville, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and joyriding – unauthorized use of auto/other vehicles.
Cody Allen Springer, 31, Henderson, is charged with home improvement provider deviate plans/specs $1,000 to $2,500.
Derek Ryan Williams, 42, Pinson, is charged with first offense driving under the influence, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, open container, driving on the right, obedience to any required traffic control device and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
Michael Scott Everett, 53, Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault.
Bryan Alexander Fowler, 36, Jackson, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Rebecca Anastazia Johnson, 36, Bethel Springs, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and criminal trespass.
Brandi N. Price, 43, Bethel Springs, is charged with aggravated burglary.
Christopher Coyte Shook, 36, Adamsville, is charged with aggravated assault – use or display deadly weapon and reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved.
Gary Edwin Spitzbart Jr., 54, Paris, is charged with domestic assault.
Devin Malik Davis, 26, Finger, is charged with tampering with evidence – attempt and two counts casual exchange – adult/minor – schedule II.
Stedman Jamelle Ingram, 32, Henderson, is charged with tampering with evidence – attempt, driving on a suspended license and two counts casual exchange – adult/minor – schedule II.
Claudia Avila Aleman, 51, Henderson, is charged with first offense driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Alan James Blunk, 34, Henderson, is charged with first offense driving under the influence.
Kendrick Omar Brown, 25, Jackson, is charged with aggravated sexual battery.
David Lee Burse, 40, Henderson, is charged with first offense driving under the influence, vehicular assault, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved and aggravated assault – reckless.
Charles Channing Champion, 31, Jackson, is charged with vandalism up to $1,000.
Charles Channing Champion, in a second case, is charged with domestic assault, vandalism up to $1,000 and harassment.
Darryl Alexis Howard, 31, Enville, is charged with domestic assault and vandalism $2,000 to $10,000.
Darryl Alexis Howard, in a second case, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault and vandalism up to $1,000.
Terrance Terrell Howard, 32, Henderson, is charged with driving on a suspended license, violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law and violation of the seatbelt law 18 and older.
Terrance Terrell Howard, in a second case, is charged with first degree murder – attempt, employ firearm with intent to go armed – dangerous felony, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Jordynne Simone Barham, 27, Henderson, is charged with false reports – emergency/bomb/fire.
Mark Anthony Vestal, 54, Beech Bluff, is charged with domestic assault.
Timothy D. Warren, 59, Selmer, is charged with second offense driving under the influence, vehicular assault, reckless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic, open container and seat belt – 18 and older.
Damon D. Whitley, 45, Henderson, is charged with aggravated statutory rape and statutory rape by authority figure.
Rachelle Lynn Clemons, 56, Henderson, is charged with aggravated stalking.
Michael B. Scudder, 38, Finger, is charged with theft of property $10,000 to $60,000.
Michael B. Scudder, in a second case, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and vandalism $1,000 to $2,500.
Justin Tate Surratt, 33, Enville, is charged with schedule II drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, simple possession/casual exchange and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Justin Tate Surratt, in a second case, is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, possession of schedule II cocaine – .5 grams or greater, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and child abuse neglect/endangerment eight years or less.
Erin Danielle Burch, 32, Henderson, is charged with child abuse/neglect/endangerment eight years or less.
Mark Anthony Cooper, 41, Henderson, is charged with simple possession/casual exchange.
Donald Wayne Davidson Jr., 32, Ripley, is charged with evading arrest risk of death or injury – vehicle involved, reckless endangerment – vehicle/felony, driving on a suspended license, resisting stop/arrest/search (no weapon), criminal trespass and motor vehicle light law.
Charlie McClain, 45, Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Phyllis McFadden, 59, Henderson, is charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.

Jonathan Lee Plunk, 41, Bethel Springs, is charged with evading arrest flight-vehicle, speeding, driving on a revoked license, driving on a revoked license – second or subsequent offense and unlawful removal/alteration of registration tag.
Woody Parrish Presley, 51, Adamsville, is charged with violation of order of protection/restraining order.
Cory S. Young, 38, Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Cory S. Young, in a second case, is charged with aggravated burglary (habitation), domestic assault and violation of an order of protection/restraining order.
Cory S. Young, in a third case, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault, vandalism up to $1,000 and evading arrest.
Cory S. Young, in a fourth case, is charged with violation of an order of protection/restraining order.
