Henderson City board meets Thursday, April 14

The City of Henderson Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet at 7 p.m. tonight, Thursday, April 14, in the Council Chamber of the Henderson City Hall.
Items on the agenda include the following:
• Request for a Juneteenth Celebration donation
• Consideration of amending the Municipal Zoning Ordinance to rezone 504 Fourth St. (Tender Loving Daycare) from R-2 Residential to I-Institutional…(1. Hold a public hearing on the proposed change, 2. Consideration of passage of the Ordinance)
• Discussion and consideration of bids received on the Industrial Park Site Development Grant – Phase II Grading Project
• Discussion and consideration of approval of Matching Retirement Rate for 2022-2023 Budget Year
• Consideration of approval of Audit Contract for year ending June 30, 2022 with ATA
• Approval of replacement of Splash Pad surface at City Park
• Consideration of approval of installation of Three-Phase Electric Power to the Fourth Street Sewer Pumping Station site…(Amount being charged to the city by Southwest Electric is approximately $10,500)
•Discussion of an Equipment Trailer for the Utility Department
Reports to be presented include Citywide Funds Report, City Budget Report, Utility Budget Report, Utility Service Call Log, Police Report and Fire Report.
