Hutcherson proclaims October Domestic Violence Awareness Month

On October 1, Chester County mayor Barry Hutcherson signed a proclamation making it Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Chester County. He signed it with representatives of the organization of Wo/men’s Resource and Rape Assistance Program (WRAP).
