Jacks Creek Community Club met March 9

The Jacks Creek Community Club met on Thursday, March 9, with 23 members present. New members were Frank and Judy Bell and Eric Bell. Sharon Booth was also welcomed to the club. The $10 annual member fee was collected from all of the members that were present. Guests that were present were Delores Perkins and Mary Curtis.
Prayer for the food was done by Frank Bell. After the delicious meal was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, the program was presented by Mike McCutchen and Jerry Lowe. The duo put on an excellent program with several songs being played on guitars, and Mike sang all of the songs. The program was excellent and was enjoyed by all. Some of the members enjoyed dancing during the program and enjoyed the opportunity to participate with the excellent music.
Club President Ralph Mays announced that members should not bring food to the next meeting because a hamburger meal will be served to the club. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. June 8. We hope that all members will be present, and visitors are welcome.
