During the course of the investigation, Investigators determined that Jerry Alton Hart, 57, was a suspect, and is being charged in connection with this robbery.
Chief of Police Gary A. Davidson stated, “Any time someone is a victim of a crime in the City of Henderson, this department works extremely hard to bring justice for the victim.”
Hart was charged with aggravated burglary, in addition to previous reported charges including theft under $1,000 and possession of firearm by a convicted felon. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.
