In March, the Chester County Lions Club bestowed the Dr. Ronald Johnson Student of the Month to two bright students from our community. First from CCJHS is sixth grader Cael Markum, son of Corey and Jenny Markum. Cael has outstanding academics with straight A’s and is known to absorb as much knowledge as possible. He is a deep thinker and questioner. Aside from academic excellence, he is a member of his church youth group and the Library Club. He plays community and school soccer, and he plans to become a sports journalist.
The honoree from CCHS is eleventh grader Chad Barham. Chad is the son of Chad and Brittany Barham. He currently plays football and basketball, and he recently scored 1000 points! He helped his basketball team get to state playoffs. Chad is outstanding on the court and is a crowd favorite at the games. His favorite school subject in school is US History.  He plans to attend college and play football. Chad never settles for less than his best. He is known as someone who inspires others to be their best.
