Proud parents Kevin and Annalisa Hooper of Newnan, Ga., would like to announce the birth of their second child, Louisa Helenrose Hooper, who was born on March 15, 2023. Louisa weighed eight pounds, five ounces and measured 20.5 inches long. Louisa has a big sister, Cora Evelyn Hooper. Grandparents are Ray and Shirley Hooper of Jacks Creek and Don and Barb Weller of Franklin. Louisa has three aunts and uncles and three cousins – Brian, Carrie and Bladen Hooper of Kingsport; Brad, Dani, Leila and Elmer Weller of Burlington, Ky.; and Kirby and Charlotte Wood of Bellevue, Ky.
