I am thankful that the rain has let up some. I can not speak for everyone else, but I am certainly praying for the darkness of our world to be abolished, for the light to return and for much peace to be restored. There seems to be so much gloom and doom that we have to deal with every day. We all need to look to Jesus Christ to be our light.
All membership dues that were not paid for 2020 and the ones for 2021 are currently due. Dues are $25 per year and can be mailed to Ann Moore at 2715 State Rt. 225, Henderson, TN 38340. We definitely need everyone to be proactive on this matter since it may be a while before we can hold another breakfast event due to the rise in COVID cases once again.
Montezuma sends out happy birthday wishes to Oakley Quarles on Oct. 7, Annie Stewart on Oct. 9 and Amber Murley on Oct. 14.
With so much unrest in our country, I pray that each of you believers will be praying continually for the situation, our government and salvation for the lost.
