MyRide transportation will soon be available in Chester County for those 60+

MyRide West TN is a senior volunteer transportation program operated out of the Southwest Area Agency on Aging and Disability. This program provides volunteer assisted rides for older adults (60+), who qualify for the program, to essential appointments around town. Those rides may include doctor appointments, pharmacy, bank, shopping, etc.
The program is currently operating in Madison and Henderson Counties in Southwest TN. The program is ready to launch in Chester County as soon as we have enough riders!

Are you interested in volunteering? If you have 3 hours a month to spare, enjoy meeting new people, like to drive and have a caring heart – MyRide is looking for you! All volunteers are trained and provided all they need to assist these older adults. MyRide provides additional vehicle insurance, and has COVID protocols in place to protect both the rider and driver.
Consider helping make a way for these older adults to stay independent and safe.
