At Chester County, one chapter is ending, and a brand new one is beginning. The Boys and Girls basketball team’s seasons have unfortunately come to a close. The girls fell short in their game against South Gibson last Friday with a final score of 51-32. The boys, who also played against South Gibson as well, lost a tough one with the final score being 67-64 this past Saturday. Both of these games conclude the 2021-2022 basketball season here in Chester County.
On another note, with the new weather upon us, comes new sport seasons as well. Boys soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, and track and field have all begun practicing for their long awaited seasons that are right around the corner. For some, this may be the beginning of an exciting 4 year career ahead of them. For others, this may be their last season that they are able to participate in here at CCHS, with hopes of possibly continuing to play at the next level. More details to come soon on each specific sport in the near future.
I want to thank the city of Henderson and Chester County for their continued support of us here at CCHS.
God Bless and Go Eagles!
