The end of course exams have started this week at the high school. This is where students are tested on subjects/ideas taught throughout the year to gauge how well they retained the knowledge and how well they can apply it to problems they are faced with. Over the next two weeks, students will test on the basic subjects of history, mathematics, reading, and writing.
In other news, the fifth annual ProTouring Shootout in Bowling Green, KY was this past weekend. For those who do not know, the Pro-Touring Truck Shootout is a place where Trucks from all across the country come and participate in different skills to see who is deemed the best. From CCHS, LeeAnna Womble received second place in Novice Category and Audry Thomas received second place in T2 Speed and Stop category. Way to go!
Project Graduation is still selling T-Shirts for parents/family members of seniors. The shirt order forms are available to be picked up in the front office or at Eagles Landing of the high school. Both money and order forms for those who wish to purchase a shirt need to be turned in by no later than Thursday, April 20t.
I want to continue to thank the City of Henderson and Chester County for their continued support of us here at CCHS.
God Bless and Go Eagles!
