We are coming up on an exciting week at Chester County High School. On Monday, students will transform the school into various themes ranging from Barbie to Inside Out. Not only will the hallways be decorated, but the students will be too. Each day, students will dress up in a specific theme along with their other classmates. These themes include bikers, surfers, Barbies, grown-ups, superfans, and many more exciting characters. On Tuesday, students will participate in the annual “Movie on the Lawn” and watch Remember the Titans. Then, the school will host a bonfire on Thursday to prepare for the following day’s events. Friday will include the pep rally, powderpuff, the parade, and the Homecoming football game that night. Each grade will compete in multiple scored events to see who will be the overall winner of Homecoming. Many believe the Seniors will take home the victory, but we must wait until Friday to find out.
Chester County will take on the South Side Hawks in a battle to see who will come out on top. The Eagles are hunting for their first win of the season and have been waiting to take down the Hawks for weeks. The Hawks have seen both wins and losses this season, having a record of 2-2 coming into this game. Also, following the football game, the senior class will host a glow-in-the-dark homecoming dance to finish off this week of festivities. We hope for a big win and an exciting week of competitions between the grades. Come to the game on Friday to hear all about our week and watch your Chester County Eagles take home a win.
