Hello from Enville! I hope you all are having a great week! The temperatures were fairly nice the last few days of last week; then, on Thursday, we had storms with lots of hail. It looked like snow everywhere. The temperatures dropped throughout the afternoon, and old man winter made his entrance again, but it has warmed up nicely this week!
I hope everyone who had the day off on Monday for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day enjoyed it.
Well, the Junior High basketball season is over, and volleyball games will soon begin. Our granddaughter, Reece, made the team and has begun practice already. We enjoy watching her and her team play.
Enville sends out Happy Birthday wishes to Lynda Milford on Jan. 22, Charlie Kent on Jan. 23 and James Vinson on Jan. 24. We hope you all enjoy your special day!
Please continue prayers for Lisa Bishop, Florence Stublaski, Agnes Smith, Linda and Robert Johnson, Mary Lee Guyon, Janice and Danny Keen, Tera O’Neal, Harold and Janice Maness, Nicole Thompson, Nita Middleton, Amanda Johnson, Ashley Pugh, Shirley Hampton, Della Mixon, Rick Ooley, Mike Pugh, Charlie Kent, Tim Harris, Ann Pugh, Emily Freeman, Kathy Emerson, Loretta Plunk, Dot Smith, Joann Fowler, Tim and Tabitha Hampton, Jimmy Robertson, our firefighters, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare workers, military, schools and school board, those who have lost loved ones and, as always, each other.
If you have news, call me at 608-3058, or if you want to rent the community center, call Pat at 688-5125.
Have a blessed week everyone!
