Hello from Enville! I hope you all had a great week. Another month is in the books, and a new one is here. March brings Daylight Savings Time and Spring, two events I am so looking forward to.
Some folks will begin gardening soon. The first weekend of warm temperatures and no rain, we will be outside sprucing up things, working in the yard, picking up limbs, trimming shrubs and getting ready for the mowing season. Our grass is greening up already. I am glad that the rain has ended and that our river lots did not flood. I just hope and pray we can get through the next few weeks without flooding for all our river friends. We can really use a break this year, and we are ready to get back down there and get the campfire going. Talking about Spring, we have several projects on the agenda for our house this year, as well as other outside projects. I hope we can get them all done!
Enville sends out Happy Birthday wishes to Eddie Walker, Jr. on March 5, Jimmy Robertson on March 6, Hallie Keen, Emily Weatherington and Jim Wade on March 8, Robert Johnson on March 9 and Campbell Grisham on March 10. Happy Anniversary to Danny and myself on March 8. We will be celebrating 41 years. Also, happy anniversary to Harold and Carolyn Wright on March 9. We hope you all will celebrate and enjoy your special day!
Please be in prayer for the family of Dean Hutcherson and continue prayers for Deb Finley, Casey Pratt, Florence Stublaski, Doris Weeks, Janice and Danny Keen, Jo Marie Holmes, Agnes Smith, Jean Crowell, Genny Sue Martin, Jimmy Robertson, Jack and Tera O’Neal, Harold and Janice Maness, Amanda Johnson, Lisa Bishop, Linda and Robert Johnson, Inez Cash, Mary Lee Guyon, Tim Harris, Loretta Plunk, Wayne Bethune, those who are affected by the COVID and other illnesses and their caretakers, those who have lost loved ones, our firefighters, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare workers and military and, as always, each other. According to news reports, we are so happy to see the COVID numbers are going down. The hospital admissions are down, and our schools having fewer active cases. Thankful for the vaccinations, safe practices and masks. Thanks be to God.
