We are asking ourselves when things will get back to normal. Do we even know what normal is anymore? I simply wish we could push COVID completely out of our lives. Between our mental health state and our economic state, life is very different for most. Looking for answers; “Turn your eyes upon God.”
Montezuma sends out happy birthday wishes to Ray Wells and Madison Cook on Jan. 29, Margot Cox on Jan. 31, Garrett Hathcock on Feb. 2 and Emmarie Phelps on Feb. 3.
With so much unrest in our country, I pray that each of you believers will be praying continually for our government and salvation for the lost. Please pray for the people dealing with COVID, Celeste Moore, Shelly and Kenny Fesmire, Colby Cunningham, Frank and Imogene Naylor, Raven Henley, Martha Cooper, Jake Richardson, Ashley Pugh, Billy Austin, Faye Morrison, Joyce Beecham, Doug Thomas, Tavish and Lachlan Cox, Ann Morrison, Jessie Pugh, Faye Crouse, Ed and Betty Morris, healthcare workers and law enforcement. We especially want to remember the families of Betty DeGaetano, Tammy Barton, Cathy Bailey, Jesse Hulon Patterson, Sandra Jones Moody, Nell Horton, Rick Johnson, Wallie Eugene Springer and other families that have recently lost loved ones. Please call Betty Cooper at 879-9078 to book the use of the community center.
