Can you believe we are already through the first month of 2022? Help support the Chester County High School Band by ordering fresh strawberries. There is one person on the Facebook Chester County Bulletin Board who is taking orders. Cookies for Cancer will be hosting a meet the candidates Fish Fry at the Montezuma Community Center on Saturday, March 19, from noon-4 p.m. or until sold out.
Montezuma sends out happy birthday wishes to Emmarie Phelps on Feb. 3, Vicky Finley and Michell Newman on Feb. 5, Krista Cook, Tim Wooley and Buddy Richardson on Feb. 6, Jeremy Cook and Nicole Wooley on Feb. 7, Lynn Cook and Eddie Morton on Feb. 8 and Holly Hemby and Henry Monks on Feb. 10.
With so much unrest in our country, I pray that each of you believers will be praying continually for our government and salvation for the lost. Please pray for the people dealing with COVID, Anne Moore, Celeste Moore, Shelly and Kenny Fesmire, Colby Cunningham, Frank and Imogene Naylor, Raven Henley, Martha Cooper, Jake Richardson, Ashley Pugh, Billy Austin, Faye Morrison, Joyce Beecham, Doug Thomas, Tavish and Lachlan Cox, Ann Morrison, Jessie Pugh, Faye Crouse, Ed and Betty Morris, healthcare workers and law enforcement. We especially want to remember the families of Doug Wyatt, Connie Sikes McKinney, James D. Carson, Lois Smith Rhodes, Arlene Brown and other families that have recently lost loved ones. Please call Betty Cooper at 879-9078 to book the use of the community center.
Wishing a very blessed week to all you readers!
