With warmer weather arriving, it is so good to see more people getting out in the open. We should all continue to be mindful that COVID is not over yet. Be respectful of others around by wearing masks and practicing social distancing to keep it from spreading. We definitely do not want to go into any government shut down mandates again when it comes to this dreaded virus.
Dixie Youth baseball/softball season will have opening day on Saturday, April 10. For all those supporters, see you at the ball field.
Montezuma sends out happy belated birthday wishes to Brooke Emerson and Missy Clayton on April 4. Montezuma sends out happy birthday wishes to Candy Beshires on April 11, April Beshires on April 12 and Anthony Bolton on April 14.
With so much unrest in our country, I pray that each of you believers will be praying continually for the situation, our government and salvation for the lost. Please pray for Brenda Williams Lambert, Linda Plunk, Barbara Weaver, Jimmy Ruth, Vicki Rush, Kristen Daniel, Faye Crouse, Nancy Thomas, Ed and Betty Morris, Ann Morrison, Healthcare Workers and Law Enforcement.
We especially want to remember the families of Karen Davis, Kenneth ‘Bubba’ Mills, Ann Scarborough, Lisa Peddy and other families that have recently lost loved ones.
Please call Betty Cooper at 879-9078 to book the use of the community center.
