Our world is changing so much as time passes, and I can not say it is for the better. We need to get back to values and morals that made our country a great nation. Americans have become so complacent in going along with worldly ways that go against Christian beliefs, and people need to wake up and realize that the road is narrow and that going in the wrong direction only leads to a bad ending. It is beyond time to WAKE UP!
All membership dues that were not paid for 2020 and the ones for 2021 are currently due. Dues are $25 per year and can be mailed to Ann Moore at 2715 State Rt. 225, Henderson, TN 38340. We definitely need everyone to be proactive on this matter since it may be a while before we can hold another breakfast event due to the rise in COVID cases once again.
Montezuma sends out happy birthday wishes to Charles Whitman on Oct. 23, Ricky Murley and Dossie Talley, Jr. on Oct. 25 and Brodie Capooth on Oct. 27.
