Hello to all from this little corner of the world. The skies were a light blue-gray with a few white clouds noted on Sunday. The temperature was 57 degrees, and it felt like 54 due to a slight breeze. There is a good chance of rain Wednesday with a high of 77. There is also a chance of rain next Saturday through Monday with temperatures ranging from 70 degrees down to 62 as highs for the day. We have a good chance of rain most days and temperatures mostly in the 60s. Again, this is just a forecast but only God knows what we will truly have.
We enjoyed Friday evening with friends at Sanford Hill Baptist church. It was their Valentine’s Dinner. The meal was catered and very good. There was a very good crowd, and they played the Not So New Newlywed Game. We were glad to be able to attend.
Condolences to all who have lost loved ones.
Happy birthday to Dwayne Williams, 2-21; Taylor Morris, 2-24; and Braylon Sanford, 2-25.
Please continue to remember these in prayer Sheila Berry, Joe Bingham, Marie Bishop, Weston Bishop, Jeanette Butler, Jackie Chambers, Nathan Frost, Shirley Kendrick, Chastity, David and Kase King, Martha Mainord, Adisyn Matthews, Janeane Moore, David Morris, Debbie Morris, Jim Newsom, LaVelle Page, Julia Parchman, Pam Priddy, Jesse Pugh, Karon Reinmann, Logan Rencher, Todd Rencher, Jake Richardson, Dwain Seaton, Jr., Nona Seaton, Bro. “Everyone Needs Someone” by Helen Steiner Rice – “People need people and friends need friends/and we all need love for a full life depends/not on vast riches or acclaim/not on success or on worldly fame/But just in knowing that someone cares/and holds us close in their thoughts and prayers/for only the knowledge that we’re understood/makes everyday living feel wonderfully good/And we deprive ourselves of life’s greatest need/The outstretched hand reaching to find/a kindred spirit whose heart and mind/are lonely and longing to somehow share/our joys and sorrows and to make us aware/That life’s completeness and richness depends/on the things we share with our loved ones and friends.”
I pray you all have a wonderful week and may it be filled with love, joy, peace and blessings.
