Hello to all from this little corner of the world. The temperature Sunday was 66 degrees, and the forecast for the days ahead is mostly sunny with temperatures in the 60s and 70s. I am looking forward to the marvelous weather ahead.
The sun makes me happier, and I feel more alive. I bet I am not alone on this. The skies were a beautiful blue with white puffy clouds noted. We have blue jays, chickadees, yellow finches, cardinals, wrens and warblers to name a few of our birds. We have also had two squirrels on our deck eating crumbs from the bird seed.
We enjoyed Saturday afternoon with two dear friends. We enjoyed eating fish and chicken with all the trimmings to support the Finger Volunteer Fire Dept. James is crazy about their fish. Everything was great, and it was a great turnout, too. They have this about every three months, and one of the times they have great barbeque.
It is with great sadness that our friend’s furbaby Bandit had to go to Rainbow Bridge. He had some health problems, and his parents were great caretakers for him. They did all they could and now are in the grieving process from their loss. Please pray for them and peace of mind as the days pass and their life changes without their furbaby. It is a very painful thing for pet lovers. The only time they will hurt you is when they leave you. God bless and prayers for healing.
