Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! Otto and Willow enjoyed an egg hunt with Mary Lynn Lambert’s great-granddaughter, Brynlee Watkins. Frankie and Mary Lynn hid the eggs first and then the kids took turns hiding them for each other. They ended their visit by playing in the city park and enjoying their Easter treats.
In travel news Frankie and Mary Lynn Lambert enjoyed a few days on the Current River in Van Buren, Mo. They reported having a good time in spite of the rain. While driving through southeast Missouri, they noted the fields have water standing everywhere
Silerton Baptist Church reported a great worship service Easter Sunday. One highlight was the baptism of Billy Jack Wilson. The church met Good Friday night for a short worship service followed with a fellowship.
I am delighted to share that Willard Beshires got to ring the bell on his recent trip to M D Anderson and was told there is no need to come back! This year marks his seventh year in remission from cancer. The Beshires celebrated by visiting Galveston Bay with their yorkie, Zoe.
